Create new contacts as an organisation or person
Creating new organisations in Wice CRM
Under the umbrella term Organisation, you create all addresses in Wice CRM that have a business relationship with you, e.g. customers, partners, suppliers, interested parties, but also competitors, multipliers or all other addresses from your company network. Organisations can also be individuals, such as counsellors or self-employed people - you would also create these here. To make a new entry, click on Organisation in the menu bar and then on + New organisation In the input mask, enter the data available to you.
In addition to the name, you can assign the categories here in order to store the corresponding characteristics for the addresses. Several characteristics can also be selected for each category - you can define the name and the available categories yourself in the administration of Wice CRM.
When entering an address, simply enter the address and Wice CRM automatically completes the address found - otherwise you can also enter the individual address fields manually.
Then click on Save and the organisation is created - you can then add any further additional information below.
Creating new persons in Wice CRM
You can create people with or without a link to an organisation - however, you can only link e.g. tickets or appointments to organisations. To create a new person, click on People in the menu bar and then on + New contact.
Add the person's details in the fields - if you want to link the person to an organisation, select it from the list of existing organisations and then click Save
In the following, you can also assign categories to persons as characteristics for selections, etc. - analogous to the organisations. To do this, edit the person again and assign the categories.
